If slimy sea critters are up your alley, there’s no better way to view them than in their natural habitat. You can have fun during this educational experience at Diver Ed’s Dive-in Theater.

Dorr Museum of Natural History at College of the Atlantic

Take a whale watching tour then view whale-related exhibits at the museum. It’s fun for everyone!

Acadian Sightseeing and Nature Cruises

These cruises, which last two hours, are offered daily. You’ll observe eagles, porpoises, seals, and sea birds, and talk about some amazing views! There are restrooms and snacks available on board. Atlantic Brewing Company Find out how Bar Harbor’s No. 1 local beers, wines and sodas are produced. Free tastings are offered from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. There are also tours offered at 2, 3 and 4 p.m. for free. Don’t forget to stop by the onsite gift shop and tasting room!

This has been rated the No. 1 activity in Bar Harbor! That’s according to TripAdvisor. It was also named BEST OF MAINE 2009 by Down East Magazine.
