The rotating seasonal menu, created by Chef Michael Vitelli along with his culinary team, consists of locally produced vegetables, meats, cheeses, and breads. Some of the favored menu items include Grilled Romaine Salad, Rack of Lamb, Beef Wellington, Meatloaf, and Fresh Mountain Trout. The kitchen is always ready to accommodate any special dietary needs or preferences with advanced notice.

In addition to dinner, breakfast is served from 8 to 9:30 AM to the sound of songbirds nesting all around the dining room. Made from scratch, you can enjoy fresh coffee, homemade biscuits and apple butter, and other selections that change daily. Book one of the 17 unique rooms on the waterfront with stunning views of the gardens, lake, and mountains. Revel in the sumptuous linens, bathrobes, and unique décor including an antique writing desk. Bring your pet if you like by booking one of the two inviting pet-friendly rooms.
