We love Kentucky. It is one of our favorite states here at Select Registry, especially in view of the beautiful bed & breakfasts you can find there. Harking back to more gracious times, one feels indelibly pampered in Kentucky, where hospitality and ease go hand in hand. In celebration of the Bluegrass State, we decided to do a piece on some of the top bed & breakfast destinations with the best gourmet breakfasts. This beautifully restored Inn in the historic district of Versailles puts you just walking distance to local shops and restaurants and is just 15 minutes from Lexington. Filled with antiques, unique furnishings, original oil paintings, and all the amenities you could ask for, you can enjoy one of the beautifully appointed four suites or the new luxurious and spacious (over 2,000 square feet) Huntsman Chase Guesthouse. With thick premium mattresses, hand-pressed and high-thread-count bedding, and so much more, you can bask in the comforts that are offered you at every turn. Each suite is named after a classic movie and is decorated in the film’s special style, bringing you a unique experience no matter which room you choose. The Huntsman Chase Guesthouse opened in the fall of 2010 and offers guests a complete living experience. The house was designed with beautiful hardwood floors on the first floor, along with a floor to ceiling stone fireplace, a large flat screen TV over the mantle, and a master king bedroom with a custom bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and air whirlpool bath.
