- Windemere is composed of three buildings on half an acre of ocean front property with private beach access.
The Main House has five guest rooms, three of which have French doors to private balconies with lovely ocean views. The sole room on the third floor also has a dramatic ocean view from the dormer reading nook. Two of these rooms have jetted tubs and two of these rooms have multiple beds.
The first floor of the Main House holds our Breakfast Room, Living Room, Office, and a shared guest Pantry with a full size refrigerator and a coffee/tea/snack service.
The Carriage House Suite, nestled between the Main House and the Cottage, is a private sand alone Suite with two queen bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with garden tub/shower and the other with step in shower. Each bedroom has a private entrance and. This Suite can accommodate five guests.
The Cottage is our house closest to the sea and offers two separate individual guest rooms as well as a two bedroom, two bath Suite. All rooms have private entrances and private baths, as well as a door leading to a connecting shared parlor with full size refrigerator and coffee/tea/snack service.

Breakfast is served daily from 8:30-10:00am starting with a fresh fruit course and alternating daily between sweet and savory dishes. Fresh baked goods compliment each dish and special attention is given to accommodate guests food allergies and dietary restrictions. Room service is available upon request for a nominal fee.
Tea time, a highlight to any guests stay, is served from 4:00-7:00pm daily with a selection of home made desserts. Each afternoon something chocolate and something not chocolate are served with the remainder placed in a guest refrigerator for late night snacking.
Our famous home made chocolate chip cookies, pretzels, Coca Cola products, tea (hot/iced) and coffee are available at any time.
Many wonderful options for lunch and dinner are within walking distance of the Inn. Please allow us to help you with the "right" recommendation and a reservation.

With creative use of our beautiful and functional Living Room and Breakfast Room we can comfortably accommodate small meetings, family reuntions, retreats and workshops. When the entire Inn is booked for such a event we are happy to prepare lunch and dinner in addition to our wonderful breakfast.

If an intimate beach side wedding is on your "wish list", Windemere might be the perfect place for you to start your married life! Our Beach side pergola is a unique setting for a small wedding ceremony, accommodating from two to fifty. Holding your reception here as well makes for tropical island destination wedding with out many of the challenges of travel. To hold your reception at Windemere we do require that all of the guest rooms be booked so that we can give you our total attention and service. We can sleep up to twenty six guests.
All aspects of each wedding are customized by the bride and groom's specifications including original menus.
