Why not work somewhere where you feel like you're on vacation? The privacy and beauty of our 150 acre mountaintop setting provides the perfect space for your meeting or retreat. Not only is our location one of the most prized in Vermont, but our hospitality and personal attention to you and your colleagues will make you feel truly at home and allow you to concentrate on the important work you are accomplishing.

We have 22 beautiful guest rooms, many of which are suites or apartments that can easily accommodate more than one person. Each room is unique - most with beautiful views, some with porches, many with fireplaces, all with private baths. We can also coordinate with other local inns to provide additional lodging within easy distance from the Inn for larger meetings and conferences.

The main floor of the Inn houses a full bar, comfortable living room, game room and dining rooms - providing a relaxing and inviting setting for you to unwind in after a hard day's work. The Inn also provides award-winning cuisine through our on-site kitchen staff and will customize a full day's worth of menus for your group.

Nearby, there are plenty recreational opportunities for downtime between meetings: golfing, canoeing, hiking, cycling, skiing, shopping. Our staff is more than happy to organize special outings for you and your colleagues to enjoy yourselves together while experiencing the beauty of Vermont.

We have several meeting and dining room options that will accommodate groups of various sizes:

• Wes's Room
  A Large and airy meeting room accommodating up to 20 people at one conference table or 30 classroom style

• Private Dining Room
  Private room on the main floor of the Inn accommodating up to 25 people at one table or 35 classroom style

• Main Dining Room
  The largest room in the main Inn building with beautiful views accommodating up to 40 people at large tables or 60 auditorium style

• Combined Dining Rooms
  The wall between the Private and Main Dining Rooms may be slid aside to accommodate up to 90 people at large tables, however some sightlines will not be optimal.

• 100 Year Old Barn
  The Barn has 2400 square feet of open space perfect for larger meetings, dinners and events. It can accommodate up to 240 people at large tables.

• Tents
  We also have extensive lawn space that can easily be tented with different sized tents for groups from 40 up to 350 people. 
  

Although cell phone service is spotty here in our part of Vermont (better for concentrating!) the Inn does have high-speed internet access via a wi-fi network accessible throughout most of the Main Inn building. Also available are many of the usual meeting needs like flip charts, overhead projectors, color copier and fax machine and other equipment can be rented locally if required.
