Thorncroft Inn is a 14 room secluded, first class, exclusively couples oriented country inn situated on 2 1/2 acres of landscaped, treed grounds, one block from the ocean in an area of summer estates.  The inn specializes in honeymoons, anniversaries, engagements, birthdays and any romantic getaway for which the Island of Martha's Vineyard is the ideal setting.  Winner of the coveted Four Diamond Award from the American Automobile association for 22 consecutive years, Thorncroft once again won "Best of the Vineyard" from Martha's Vineyard Magazine for 2010. 

Inn rooms are furnished with fine antiques and quality reproductions.  Most rooms have working, wood-burning fireplaces, that are prepared match-ready for guest use.  Many rooms have furnished balconies or private decks and porches with private exterior entrances.  Some rooms have two person whirlpools or private in-room hot tubs.  For absolute privacy we have a private cottage complete with its own garage to house your vintage convertable and a large covered deck complete with a two-person hammock.
