It is so refreshing to find a place that is fantastically restored and gorgeous but at the same time, not pretentious. Our breakfasts are delicous, well presented. We use as many local, organic ingredients as possible. Wonderful afternoon snacks. We have a staff that is ready, willing and able to assist you to make your stay more enjoyable. We can assist you with horse farm tours (please call ahead), dinner reservations, and ensuite massages by a professional Massage Therapist.
We are located on acreage in the historic district of quaint Versailles, but in walking distance to shops and restaurants. (15 minutes from Lexington.)
Our suites are tastefully designed to reflect the classic movie each is aptly named for. Our beautifully presented, full breakfasts are served in our newly added bright 50 ft long Conservatory overlooking the garden and water feature in our ancient stone pond.
We love our Select Registry repeat guests (and new ones!) and do all we can to make your stay an enjoyable one.
The main inn is filled with original oil paintings, tasteful furnishings and antiques. Our new guesthouse is luxurious, comfortable, spacious and your tastefully designed home away from home.

Currently, we have 4 spacious suites and a 2000+sq. ft guest house. Our suites are very tastefully designed after classic movie down to details. They are not fussy but professionally designed to capture the look and feel of the classic movie they depict, but in a airy, gracious manner. The suites have original oil paintings commissioned for the suite.
We have thick, very comfortable premium mattresses, hand-pressed high thread count bedding, air whirlpools with aromatherapy in newly designed bathrooms. The whole house and guesthouse is wireless with flat screen televisions and DVD and free movie library. Every room/suite has a desk and comfortable seating. A mini-fridge in the closets. Towel warmers, and lighted make-up mirrors. Flavia Coffee maker for coffee by the cup anytime, plus freshly ground coffee in the morning. Complimentary water and soft drinks, and popcorn to go with the complimentary movies.
Huntsman Chase Guesthouse was opened in the fall of 2010. It is a fully equipped, complete house with hardwood floors on the first floor, with floor to ceilling stone fireplace and large flat screen TV mounted above the mantle. 1st floor master with king bed, large custom bath with air whirlpool, and walk-in shower, 2 spacious, beautifully done queen bedrooms upstairs, along with an office with built-in twin day bed and desk. Full kitchen, laundry, deck, porch, privacy. Fantastic!

Our breakfasts are often called "skip lunch" breakfasts because of the multi-course size of them, but we can also accommodate a lighter appetite by request. We use local foods when available, and also "grow" our own on the Innkeepers farm near by. We use fresh organic eggs from the farm and Heirloom variety veggies such as our amazing tomatoes in season.
Guests are seated for breakfast at individual tables in our bright and beautiful new 50 ft. conservatory that recieves morning sunshine and has a lovely view of acreage and gardens. When groups come together, we make every effort to seat them together.
Our coffee is fresh ground and we keep your cup filled. We serve fresh fruit at breakfast, along with homemade breads and a sweet or savory entree.
