Steamboat Inn is an exceptional little Inn with an idyllic location right on the water with glorious views of the river. The entry, at the back is small but handsome in a nautical theme of teaks, with an oar taking up the length of a side brochure display and a gorgeous large stained glass of a colorful steamboat hanging above the reception desk. The five first floor guest rooms, (all but one with river views, four with kitchenettes), have spacious bathrooms and double whirlpool tubs. All rooms are sentimentally named for famous Mystic ships from the schooner days.

Welcome to the Steamboat Inn - Mystic, Connecticut’s only waterfront property! The Steamboat is a 11-room, luxury Inn with the finest amenities and most beautiful views of the Mystic River. We are located in the heart of Historic Downtown Mystic, just steps from fabulous shopping and fine dining. You’ll find Mystic Seaport, Mystic Aquarium and many other attractions just minutes away. If gaming is your pleasure we are located approximately 20 minutes from the world’s largest casinos, Foxwoods Resort Casino and Mohegan Sun Resort.
Each of our eleven rooms are uniquely decorated with antiques and are individually climate controlled. Other amenities include cable TV with DVD players, free local calling, complimentary signature toiletries, hair dryers, alarm clock radios, ironing boards (irons available from the front desk), and whirlpool baths. Each room is also Internet accessible, either through dial-up or wireless DSL connection.
Our lovely George C. Moon common room is where you’ll enjoy a full breakfast each morning, including Steamboat Delectable muffins. Guests may help themselves to tea, hot chocolate, coffee and other beverages 24 hours a day. In the evenings sherry and cookies are served.
