Twelve spacious, private suites and cottages with panoramic views of the Texas hill country, combined with luxurious linens, beautiful baths, sunporches, decks and verandas provide for a peaceful stay in comfortable surroundings. Breakfast and dinner at our Fredericksburg, Texas area inn are a favorite part of many of our guests' stay. We serve a full, three-course breakfast to all our overnight guests, with options for each course, and we serve that breakfast at individual tables for privacy. All our food is made from scratch and prepared by professional chefs with the utmost attention to detail, freshness, and seasonality. Our wonderful, scenic restaurant is open to both our overnight guests and the public each Wednesday through Sunday night, and features a four course prix fixe dinner which changes weekly. Chef Joseph delivers imaginative, beautifully presented cuisine, and utilizes the herbs from our huge herb garden whenever possible.

We have one room that seats 22 persons and one room that seats 12 persons, plus Pedernales Cellars next door has a wonderful conference room that seats 14 persons.
Room rates include breakfast for overnight guests, and we can also do break-out refreshments, lunch, dinner, cocktail hour, etc. for an additional charge.
