From the moment you enter the Mill Rose Inn you’ll recognize this is a place like no other. If the gardens are luxuriant, the Inn is no less so. Valuable antiques and watercolors, opulent decor and period furnishings create an ambiance of relaxed elegance.
This unique environment is the creation of Eve and Terry Baldwin. Eve’s background in interior and floral design and wedding coordination combine with Terry’s in landscape contracting in 1980 to convert an old 1900’s cottage into the finest Bed and Breakfast Inn on the Coastside.
Half Moon Bay retains the flavor of its farming origins amid the sophistication of a blossoming resort. At the Inn ’s doorstep hiking and biking trails in redwood forests, chain of secluded beaches, unique shops wine tasting and extraordinary art galleries.

That’s why for more than 20 years we have successfully provided overnight and meeting accommodations for such groups as Oracle, Genetech, Silicon Graphics, Sun Microsystems, PacBell, Levi Strauss and Stanford University Medical Center.
