Set among 25 acres of lavender fields and lush formal gardens, Los Poblanos Inn is one of the most prestigious historic properties in the Southwest. It was designed by the region's foremost architect, John Gaw Meem, the "Father of Santa Fe Style," and is listed on both the New Mexico and National Registers of Historic Places. Awarded one of the top 100 hotels in the world by Fodors travel guides, Los Poblanos has also been featured in New Mexico Magazine, the New York Times, Edible Magazines and more.
Guest rooms are in a classic New Mexican style with kiva fire places, carved ceiling beams, hardwood floors, and antique New Mexican furnishings. Guests can relax around the Spanish hacienda-style courtyard or spend hours exploring the property's extensive gardens and organic farm. The buildings feature significant artwork commissioned during the WPA period by some of New Mexico's most prominent artists, including a fresco by Peter Hurd and carvings by Gustave Baumann. Detailed tours highlighting the property's cultural, political, agricultural and architectural history are available to every guest.

Los Poblanos cuisine is rooted in what comes from our farm as well as the region. Our food wanders the line between refined and rugged, borrowing from both haute cuisine and the foods indigenous to New Mexico's Rio Grande River Valley. Los Poblanos often does away with menus in favor of multi-course farm feasts inspired by the day's harvest. For guests attending a meeting, retreat, party, or wedding, it is a private dining experience where the cuisine and ambiance reflect the chef's aesthetic and the farm's long established relationships with local farmers.
A full gourmet breakfast for two is included with your room rate. Breakfast has become one the main attractions to Los Poblanos. We also offer our guests the option of ordering light meals from our La Merienda menu. Menus change regularly, and always feature artisan ingredients from our farm and local growers.
