Breakfast

After a sound sleep, awaken to the scent of freshly brewed Lookut Point custom blend coffee. Guests savor the hearty breakfasts featured each morning: from Raspberry Stuffed French Toast to Bacon Artichoke Frittatas. An excellent cook with a flair for baking, Kristie’s cuisine uses only the freshest ingredients (including herbs from Lookout Point gardens). Savor a hearty and freshly prepared breakfast, accompanied by Lookout Point’s special blend coffee. Enjoy your breakfast in the beautiful dining room, or on the patio, soothed by the melodious waterfall.

Breakfast is served from 8-9:30 am, and a "grab & go" breakfast is available for guests needing to depart earlier.  You'll find fresh brewed coffee at 7am, for the early risers.  Ahhh, sipping coffee on your deck while watching the waterfowl on the lake, or the cardinals at the feeders.  Pure heaven.

Owner Kristie Rosset, honored to be a part of the blog Eight Broads In The Kitchen, creatively plans a hearty and delicious breakfast for you.  In addition, many of her recipes may be found in her cookbook, Abundant Gratitude II.

Chocolate-Covered Wednesdays

Celebrate the “food of the gods” every Wednesday at Lookout Point! If you’re a chocolate lover, this day is for YOU! Breakfast begins with a Strawberry Sundae, featuring the inn’s homemade Glorious Granola, and topped with berries, a banana slice, whipped cream, and of course, chocolate. Or perhaps the unique Arkansas specialty:  chocolate gravy atop warm biscuits.  Or banana split waffles with warm syrup.

The afternoon Innkeepers Reception provides another moment of chocolate indulgence with a  homemade dessert, chocolate covered strawberries, and Godiva Chocolate Liqueur. Following dinner, you’ll find another bite of chocolate with Lake Champlain Chocolates placed in a golden bag at your door. Sumptuous! Wednesdays, a terrific day for chocolate and love at Lookout Point.

Innkeepers Reception

The daily Innkeepers Reception (4-5:30pm) features a yummy homemade dessert, appetizer, tea, and a white and red wine.  Guests enjoy sharing in this delicious ritual!

Private Full Service Dinner for Two, $130

New!  Lookout Point is proudly introduces the Private Full Service Dinner for two.  Enjoy a delicious meal, cooked ala carte and served by your private chef (Eve, of Chiffonade Catering Services).  Chef Eve prepares the meal at Lookout Point, and serves your meal at a candlelit table by the waterfalls, or in the dining room.  Call Lookout Point at 501-525-6155 to arrange a romantic interlude you will never forget.  Two weeks notice needed to arrange your private chef. A perfectly romantic evening to celebrate a special occasion.

Light Menu Service

Sometimes guests simply do not want to leave the inn or gardens.  Lookout Point offers a simple menu service just for these times.  Choose from an organic spinach salad, soup of the day, and sandwiches (grilled ham & cheese or turkey & cheese, or chicken salad on toasted croissant).
