Our supremely comfortable and stylishly appointed rooms all with private baths and either King or Queen beds, are spread over an area that includes the Origional Victorian home, the Saltbox Cottage and Watertower buildings and the Historic Lupe Gorden House. The Lupe House is "private and quiet", and is situated one half block from the JGI office and breakfast room. Breakfast for Inn guests is included and served from 9:00-!0:30am.
Room amenities include: our luxurious robes, hair dryers, high threadcount fine linens, Swiss milled soaps, windows that open, access to guest refrigerator, freezer and microwave. Our rooms are pet free and non smoking. Our two beautiful vacation rental houses the Grindle Guest House and the Dolphin House are ideally situated a short drive from the inn less than 3 miles north of the village. All standard rates are Based upon Double Occupancy. Breakfast is Not included for our Vacation rentals. You may ask about our Singles Rate, subject only to availability. Call for any and all details.

Guests at the Joshua Grindle enjoy breakfast served in our cozy dining room or, for those who prefer to take in the view and morning air on our sunny porch. Our breakfast is a set seasonal menu and changes daily. A typical menu might include our famous Baked Pears, freshly baked muffins, and perhaps a delicious Quiche or Waffles with fresh fruit and sausage. We also offer granola. You may start off the day with coffee, juices and an assortment of fine teas which will be waiting for you as you arrive. With 7 day prior notice, we are able to accomodate special dietary needs and Gluten free diets. Breakfast is served from 9:00-10:30am.
