Built in 1763 by John Rutledge, a signer of the U.S. Constitution, this antebellum home is now an elegant B&B Inn. Located in the heart of the Historic District, the Inn is a reminder of a more gracious time. Main House Mini Suite with King Bed
Our mini suite is decorated with 18th century reproduction furniture. The room features original plaster molding, an elaborately carved Italian marble fireplace, and original parquet flooring. Other room features you may enjoy are a canopied bed, large bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower, triple bedded sheeting, oriental carpets and 2 with fireplaces, a CD player clock radio, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, waffle weave robes, in-room refrigerator with bottled water, and a flat screen TV and DVD player. This room type is only accessible via a staircase.

Ballroom/Suite #7
The Signer's Ballroom will accommodate up to 20 people. The Signer's Ballroom and suite #7 combined will accommodate up to 40 people standing or sitting. Rental fee for the Signer's Ballroom is $650.00 plus tax. The rate for suite #7 ranges from $355.00 to $405.00 per night. Available event times: Noon to 6:00 PM only.
Courtyard
Our courtyard will accommodate up to 100 people standing. The rental fee for this space is $450.00 plus tax. There is no back up in case of inclement weather. Available times: noon to 6:00 PM only. Any tenting will be the sole responsibility of the guest.
A minimum number of sleeping room reservations are required in addition to reserving either of the above spaces. Romance Packages available. Restrictions apply to the following: music, rental equipment, event time, and food & beverage.

We offer two private and intimate dining rooms that will accommodate parties from 10 to 38 people. Banquet menus are available for luncheons as well as rehearsal dinners and receptions.
