Drawing both inspiration and purpose from its location on farmland in Middleburg, VA, the restaurant at Goodstone Inn & Estate seeks to provide its guests with an unparalleled dining experience.
Executive Chef William Walden brings years of experience and expertise to the Goodstone Inn. He has a refined approach to French cuisine keeping to traditional and classical preparations. Chef Walden draws much of his culinary knowledge from his many years working at L'Auberge Chez Francois in Great Falls, as well as owning La Fleur De Lis restaurant in Lovettsville, VA. He has a passionate and straight-forward philosophy in the kitchen by using only the freshest and finest ingredients available, mostly sourced from Goodstone's own organic herb and vegetable gardens and only the finest purveyors in the country. Believing that wine paired well with food creates a synergy greater than either the wine or the food by itself, custom pairings are available upon request. For guests desiring to choose for themselves, the wines offered at Goodstone represent the vast and varied viti-cultural regions of the globe and the many stylistic options available today.

Dinner is served Wednesday through Monday (closed on Tuesdays) from 5:00pm until 9:00pm and Sunday Brunch from 11:30 until 2:00pm
Dress code is smart casual, no jeans or sneakers. Reservations are recommended.

Goodstone Inn & Estate is perfect for a company, law firm, or association looking to gather a smaller group of executives off the premises of their corporate office, transporting them to a private country setting with easy accessibility to major transportation systems, including an international airport. The rustically elegant inn is also ideal for special corporate events.
Goodstone Inn & Estate, which is a member of the prestigious Small Luxury Hotels of the World collection, comfortably accommodates meeting groups in six beautifully appointed cottages with 18 guestrooms, including The Carriage House & Stables, the quaint Dutch Cottage, the baronial Manor House, the exquisite French Farm Cottage, charming Spring House, and the newly opened Bull Barn Suite.
Meeting rooms are located in The Manor House, which features large conference rooms and multiple break-outs. Wireless Internet is available throughout the estate and in each of the six buildings. Although the Inn has 18 guestrooms & suites, groups of 75 guests can be comfortably accommodated for special corporate events. The Inn also has preferred relationships with other area inns and hotels for additional overnight accommodations for larger groups.

Weddings Say I do to a country wedding underneath the shade of our woodsy gardens.
A tented poolside reception can accommodate up to 150 guests or we can cater for a more intimate event in our restaurant for up to 50 guests. Naturally, the location and colors were gorgeous, but after that, it is difficult to determine the best part of the weekend.
