Forty Putney Road B&B is a comfortably elegent 6 room inn located just a short walk from vibrant downtown Brattleboro Vermont.
Our 6 luxury guest rooms each have private baths, flat panel TVs with DVD players and elegant touches including top quality linens and a clean and contemporary french decor. Our expansive gardens, set on our waterfront property, are full of mature plantings including the largest Japanese Maple in North America.
Our Inn also features a small pub with a wide variety of beers and wines as well as a billiard table. Relax in our hot tub or enjoy your beer or wine in our small gazebo, also the perfect setting for a small wedding. A gourmet 2 course breakfast is included each morning (between 8 and 9:30 am at your leisure). Made with fresh and local ingredients, the menu changes daily and can be crafted individualy to your dietary needs.
In the evenings, between 4pm and 7pm, join us in our own small pub, where you can chose from our list of over 20 local craft beers and our large wine list.
On Saturday nights, join us at 5:30pm for our craft beer sampling and seminar. Sample 7 local craft beers paired with locally produced cheeses and learn about the styles and process of brewing in this fun and educational 90 minute session.

Indoors we have a large living room with attached conservatory that combined can easily accommodate up to 20 people. We also have our lovely pub that is a comfortable place for 10 - 15 guests.
