The Captains House Inn offers a complimentary full gourmet breakfast daily from 8am to 10am. The menu changes daily and includes a sweet and savory option as well as an extensive buffet with cereals, yogurts, fresh fruit, smoked salmon, bagels, ham and cheese, croissants, and coffee cake. Room rates also include afternoon cream tea which features scones, assorted tea cookies, and tea cakes. Fine loose teas are served in china pots and a full high tea upgrade is available for a small charge. Meals are served in our bright and airy sunroom at individual tables by our lovely British intern staff and innkeeper.

The Captains House Inn is pleased to offer a wedding elopement package designed for the bride and groom who prefer an intimate stress free wedding. Avoid the headaches of a large, stressful wedding and let us do the work so you can enjoy your special day together, either just the two of you, or with a small (up to six plus the bride and groom) of close friends and family members. Our elopement package includes:
Two or three nights (three nights are required in the summer months) lodging in one of our beautifully appointed four diamond guest rooms
All applicable taxes
A bouquet for the bride and a boutonniere for the groom
A small wedding cake
A bottle of champagne or sparkling cider for your wedding toast
A $75 dinner gift certificate to a restaurant of your choice
Digital photography and a CD of your wedding day photos to take with you
Justice of the Peace ceremony fee (any additional services such as putting together a prenuptial agreement will incur additional fees)
