About the “Inn-Credible Breakfast Cook-Off”:
This celebrated national culinary competition, now in its second year, will serve as the main attraction during Select Registry’s annual conference on November 10, 2008 at the Williamsburg Lodge in historic Colonial Williamsburg, Virginia.

Members, consisting of Innkeepers and Professional Chefs will submit their original breakfast “main dish” recipes between August 4, 2008 and September 25, 2008. Though each recipe will be unique, the one ingredient in common will be eggs. Eggland’s Best will serve as the “Official Egg” of the competition and all dishes will be accompanied by juice from Bolthouse Farms.

Six (6) finalist teams consisting of Innkeepers and Professional Chefs will be chosen from Select Registry’s members, based on strict guidelines and criteria, displaying culinary excellence and innovation in breakfast recipes. The finalists will compete LIVE for the gold, silver and bronze prize at the “Inn-Credible Breakfast Cook-Off.” The exclusive Judges Panel for this event will consist of various backgrounds and professions, such as head chefs, members of exclusive culinary schools, restaurateurs and food and travel journalists.
