The Lodge on Gorham's Bluff is perched high on the bluffs overlooking the Tennessee River Valley. Although the atmosphere is one of mannered Southern charm, the daily routine is low-key and the innkeeper enourages casual dress. Lodge rooms are furnished in an elegant, traditional style with antiques and remote-controlled fireplaces. Generously sized windows and multiple sets of French doors bring the mountain-high views indoors. Bluff-side rooms have balconies.
