Amidst the towering pines, The Inn at Bay Ledge literally clings to the cliffs of Mt. Dessert Island which is locally and aptly referred to as "The Eden of New England." The veranda, appointed with comfy wicker, overlooks the spectacular coastline is extermely inviting. Guests may enjoy a swim in our pool, relax in a hamock or take a stroll along our private beach. The elegant bedrooms compliment the style of the inn which was built in the 1900's and possess an upscale country ambiance. Beautifully decorated with antiques, all rooms are unique with views of Frenchmen Bay. King and queen beds are covered with desinger linens, down quilts and feather beds.
