The main Inn building was a gristmill from 1769 until the early 1950s. Beautifully restored and authentically decorated rooms, all with private baths, suggest the quiet elegance of Colonial America. In the fine dining restaurant, gourmet dinners are served and the Fireside Tavern, serving lighter fare, is downstairs past the mill’s old water wheel. In 1997, a fine 1830 home from the Moravian Village of Hope was moved onto the Inn’s property and now serves as the Inn's Meeting House.
