- Payment Policy: Inn on the Common requires a deposit of the room rate to hold a reservation. If a reservation is cancelled 14* or more days prior to the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $25.00 handling fee. The handling fee can then be applied to a future stay. If a reservation is cancelled less then 14* days prior to the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less the $25.00 handling fee only if the room is rebooked. If the room is not rebooked, the entire deposit will be held and can be applied to a future stay within one year.
*30 days notice is required for reservations between September 13th and October 17th.*
- Pets: By special arrangement only, prior to arrival. We allow pets in one of our three buildings. There is a charge of $25 per pet per visit.
