- Cancellation Policy: You are responsible for your entire reservation.
Any change or cancellation of your reservation must be at least 7 days prior to your arrival date (14 days for holiday weekends)
On shorter notice, we will refund any prepaid moneys only if we can resell the entire reservation; otherwise, you are responsible for your entire reservation.
All cancellations will incur a handling charge of $15 per room.

There are no early check-ins, as our staff is readying the inn for your arrival until that time. - Check-Out: 11:00 a.m.
- Children: All inn rooms are configured for one or two adults, only. La Bella Vista can accommodate up to four people, including children.
- Minimum night stay: For all weekends, a two-night minimum stay is required.
Three-night minimums are in effect for holiday weekends, except Thanksgiving which has a four-night minimum.
- No Pets: No pets.
- Payment Policy: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and personal checks
- Reservation Policy: A deposit of one night's rate is required to guarantee a 1 or 2 night reservation; 50% of the total is required for longer reservations.
All balances are due in full at check in.
- Smoking Policy: Smoking only outside.
- Spirits: Selection of premium Mendocino wines available for
purchase. Complimentary wine in-room for return guests.
- Travel Agent Information: Reservations through travel agents accepted; no commissions paid.
