Check-In
Check-in is between 3:00pm and 7:00pm.
Please let us know if you will be arriving later
There are no early check-ins, as our staff is readying the inn for your arrival until that time.

Check-Out
Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

Reservations
A deposit of one night's rate is required to guarantee a 1 or 2 night reservation; 50% of the total is required for longer reservations.
All balances are due in full at check in.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and personal checks

Minimum Stays
For all weekends, a two-night minimum stay is required.
Three-night minimums are in effect for holiday weekends, except Thanksgiving which has a four-night minimum.

Cancellations
You are responsible for your entire reservation.
Any change or cancellation of your reservation must be at least 7 days prior to your arrival date (14 days for holiday weekends)
On shorter notice, we will refund any prepaid moneys only if we can resell the entire reservation; otherwise, you are responsible for your entire reservation.
All cancellations will incur a handling charge of $15 per room.

Groups
For groups reserving three or more rooms, a 30-day cancellation policy applies, and full payment in advance is required.

House Rules
All inn rooms are configured for one or two adults, only. La Bella Vista can accommodate up to four people, including children.
No pets.
Smoking only outside.
