General Information and Policies

All room rates are double occupancy and do not include the states 12% lodging tax. There is a $35 charge for an extra person in each room. Check in time is between 2-9 p.m. and check out is by 11:30. Arrangements can be made for a later check in or check out.

To confirm your reservation a deposit by credit card or personal check is required. Cancellations received 10 days or more prior to your stay, entitle you to a refund, less a 10% processing fee. If less than 10 days is given, only in the event we are able to rebook the room, we will issue a gift certificate that is equal to 80% of your deposit, which can be used for up to one year. If we are unable to rebook the room, the guest is responsible to pay for the entire period for which the reservation was made.
