- Susan B Anthony House: The Susan B. Anthony House was the home of the legendary American civil rights leader during the most politically active period of her life, and the site of her famous arrest for voting in 1872.
- Sonnenberg Gardens: A beautiful Victorian mansion and gardens, located at the north end of Canandaigua Lake, in the heart of the Finger Lakes Region in Upstate New York.
- Abbey of the Genesee: Come visit the quiet and serenity of this Trappist Monastery. And while you're their enjoy some of their "Monk's Bread" baked at the Abbey.

- The Genesee Valley Greenway: The Genesee Valley Greenway is one of hundreds of greenways being developed across the nation along oId canals, abandoned rail beds, and riverbanks. It passes through scenic woodlands, river and stream valleys, rolling farmlands, steep gorges, and historic villages located in sixteen towns in Monroe, Livingston, Wyoming, Allegany, and Cattaraugus counties in New York State.
- Casa Larga Vineyards: A family owned winery located in Fairport NY just 45 minutes from the Inn. Known for their award-winning Ice Wines.

- Bird Watching: Genesee Country Village and Museum has done work in the restoration of the bluebird.
- Fishing: Year round trout fishing is available in our back-yard. Spring Creek is noted for its native brook trout. Oatka Creek has browns and some rainbows. The Caledonia Fish-Hatchery has a section of Spring Creek available just for fly-fishermen.
- Nature Preserves / Trails: Genesee Country Village & Museum Nature Center and the MacKay Nature Reserve are located less than a mile from the Inn. Letchworth State Park, 20 minutes away has hiking trails
