PEANUT BUTTER PIE  

Ingredients
 
9 inch unbaked pie shell
2 large eggs, separated at room temperature
3/4 cup smooth peanut butter
2/3 cup evaporated milk (5 ounces)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
 

Directions
 

1. Line 9 inch pie pan with pastry.

2. Separate eggs. Beat egg whites until stiff. Set aside.

3. Mix egg yolks and brown sugar together. Blend in remaining ingredients.

4. Fold in beaten egg whites.

5. Fill pan with mixture.

6. Bake 350 degrees 35 minutes or until set.

Preparation time: about 1 hour
