Dining Information

Dinner at Glasbern is served seven nights a week. Glasbern opens for dinner at 5:30 PM, and closes at 8:00 PM. Our cuisine is "Contemporary American" and reservations are required. Dress is "upscale casual".

Below is a sample dinner menu. We change some items seasonally, so this menu may not be the exact one you see when dining with us. However, we hope this will give you a good representation of our cuisine. Glasbern offers a different menu on Friday and on Saturday. Please click on the day for that menu. The menu below is the menu for Sunday through Thursday night.
