- Cancellation Policy: We will gladly refund your deposit if cancellation is made at least seven days prior to arrival. Any deposits for reservations made within seven days of arrival are non-refundable. Cancellation must be made at least fourteen days prior to arrival for groups renting three rooms or more.
- Check-In: anytime after 3:00 PM.
- Check-Out: 11:00 AM.
- Children: Well behaved children are always welcomed.
- Dining Room Dress Code: The dress is casual. Most men don't wear coats and ties, and few people wear shorts.
- Payment Policy: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover
- Reservation Policy: We require the first night's lodging charge as deposit. This is typically paid by credit card at the time the reservation is made. However, you may also send a check.
- Smoking Policy: No smoking is permitted inside.
- Spirits: Glen-Ella Springs will become an official tasting room for Habersham Winery in the Spring of 2008. Please contact the inn for specific details and restrictions.
