Our all-inclusive Special Recipe for Success contains the following Basic Ingredients:

» A modern private 30' x 30' conference room with lots of windows bringing in plenty of natural light, plus track and recessed lighting. The room is well equipped with restrooms, temperature controls, beverage service and in-room catering, fax and copy services.

» We have an assortment of audio/visual aids - tv/vcr, screen, overhead projector, charts, marker boards and easels all available at no additional charge.

We only schedule one meeting at a time at Glen-Ella Springs. This provides your group greater privacy, and an attentive staff.

Glen-Ella Springs Inn has earned the reputation as the best dining spot in the Georgia Mountains. In the dining room guests choose from a constantly changing menu of American and continental dishes - often with a touch of southern flavor: Filet of Mountain Trout Pecan, Rack of Lamb with Sweet Potatoes and Jalapeno Mint Jelly, Low Country Shrimp and Gravy over Fried Parmesan Grits. A private dining room is always offered to overnight groups with 12 or more people.

Due to recent changes passed by our local county commissioners, Glen-Ella Springs will become an official tasting room for Habersham Winery in the spring of 2008. Please contact the inn individually for specific details as relates to your meeting or small group gathering regarding alcohol.
