What is your cancellation policy?
We will gladly refund your deposit if cancellation is made at least seven days prior to arrival. Any deposits for reservations made within seven days of arrival are non-refundable. Cancellation must be made at least fourteen days prior to arrival for groups renting three rooms or more.

Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover

What times are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM. Check-out is 11:00 AM.

What meals are included with the room?
A full-breakfast is included with all rooms.

What taxes are are charged in addition to the room rates?
A 7% state sales tax and a 5% county hotel/motel tax.

Is there a dress code for the dining room?
The dress is casual. Most men don't wear coats and ties, and few people wear shorts.

Do you serve alcohol?
In the spring of 2008, Glen-Ella Springs will become an official tasting room for Habersham Winery. December 2007 brought a long awaited approval from local county commissioners allowing farm wineries to operate in the county. It's all rather complicated and there are some restrictions so it's best to check with us individually if you have particular questions as relates to alcohol.
