We have an assortment of audio/visual aids - tv/vcr, screen, overhead projector, charts, marker boards and easels all available at no additional charge.

- Dinner: Glen-Ella Springs is widely recognized as the "best gourmet inn in the north Georgia mountains." Exceptional regional cuisine is served nightly to guests and visitors. Chef David Knopp draws on regional recipes and local ingredients to create a distinctive American Continental cuisine with an added "touch of the South." With an acclaimed menu and specials that change daily, guests can try perennial favorites such as Herbed Mountain Trout Pecan, Jumbo Shrimp in Low Country Gravy over Fried Parmesan Grits, Rack of Lamb with Sweet Potatoes & Jalapeno-Mint Sauce, and Fresh Churned Strawberry Sorbet, Molten Chocolate Cake and Apple Bread Pudding with Cinnamon Ice Cream.

- Fireplace: We have 3 original stack stone fireplaces. The one in our lobby is woodburning, while the two in our Queen Suites have been retro fitted with gas logs for the guest's safety and convenience. There is also a gas log fireplace in the Garden House which is available to all our guests. The two penthouse suites feature free standing Franklin Stoves with gas logs.
- Fishing: North Georgia mountain streams and lakes offer excellent fishing. Local streams and lakes in the National Forest are stocked regularly with rainbow trout and other angler's favorites. Area outfitters such as Unicoi Outfitters (www.unicoioutfitters.com) offer guided trout fishing. Children can fish free from stocked ponds at Moccasin Creek State Park. - Golf Courses: We are partnered with The Orchard Country Club located just 2 1/2 miles from the inn to offer our guests a golf package with a round of golf on a course designed by famed golf course architech, Dan Maples. Featuring picturesque mountain views, The Orchard Golf Club course features five sets of elevated tees, bermuda fairways and flawless bentgrass greens.

- Horseback Riding: In conjunction with a nearby stable, we offer horseback riding package to our guests that will take them on a 2 hour ride into the Chattahoochee National Forest for spectacular mountain views and possible sightings of wild turkey and deer. The stables offer horses and trips for all levels of experience so no need to worry if you've never been on a horse before.

- King Beds: Our King Penthouse Suite is our largest and most luxurious suite. It features a four poster king bed along with a free standing Franklin stove, oversized whirlpool jetted tub and walk in shower in the bath. The suite shares a sitting area with the Queen Penthouse Room as well as a balcony porch with 2 rocking chairs.
- Meeting Facilities: Meeting facilities at Glen-Ella Springs provide the ideal setting and no distractions. Because we only schedule one meeting at a time, the staff is available to give your group our full attention. The conference room is well equipped with natural light, ergonomically engineered seating, private restrooms, separate temperature controls, meeting supplies and equipment. Conference room does offer wireless internet connection. Several break out spaces are available by utilizing the Garden House, outdoor pavilion, dining terrace or pool area.
Conference packages are all inclusive covering lodging, meals, meeting facilities, continuous beverage service and two snacks each day.
