- Cancellation Policy: A 15 day notice of change of reservation dates or cancellation is required for a refund of deposit, less a $20.00 processing fee. For cancellations with less than 15 days notice, deposit will be refunded provided that the room is rebooked for all nights of the reservation.
- Check-In: between 3:00 and 8:00 PM unless prior arrangements have been made.
- Check-Out: by 11:00 AM, but guests are welcome to spend as much time as desired in and around Adair after checking out.
- Children: Adair is not appropriate for young children, the exception being when one party books the entire property.
- Minimum night stay: Two night minimum on weekends and during foliage. Three night minimum on major holiday weekends.
- No Pets: A pet boarding facility is conveniently located less than 1/4 mile from the inn.
- Payment Policy: Credit Cards- American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover
- Reservation Policy: A deposit of 50% of the entire stay, including tax, is required within seven (7) days of making your reservation. Deposit is forfeited if guest arrives after date specified or departs before date reserved.
Written confirmation via US post or e-mail will be sent to you upon receipt of deposit. Please check the dates carefully as your deposit will be forfeited if you arrive after the dates specified, or depart before date reserved. - Smoking Policy: Adair is a non-smoking inn.
