POPOVER RECIPE  

Ingredients
 
6 Eggs
1/4 tsp. Salt
2 cups Milk
6 tbsp. Butter (melted)
2 cups Flour
 

Directions
 

Grease Pyrex custard cups and place on sheet pan
Beat eggs; add salt, milk and butter.
Mix in flour (do not over mix - leave lumpy).
Fill greased custard cups 3/4 full.
Bake at 400 degrees for 45 - 60 minutes (depending on quantity) until golden brown.

Suggestions:
For best results make batter a day ahead and refrigerate.
