Frederick House includes 23 spacious room and suites in five award winning restored historic buildings built from 1810. All rooms and suites feature antiques, period furnishings, private baths, cable TV, telephones, internet modem connections, hairdryers, and bathrobes. WIFI now available.

Once you arrive at the Lewis Building (our only modern building) to check-in you will be greeted by the Innkeepers. Karen & Denny can help you make resteraunt reservations, purchase theater tickets, or make plans to explore the area. You will then be escorted to your room or suite in one of the five historic residences by our friendly staff.

After an evening on the town or just relaxing, the next morning features a full hot homemade breakfast served for two hours each morning. Homemade specialty breads and fresh fruit accompany a selection of hot entrees, hot and cold cereals, and yogurt. Come down when you like and choose from our ample menu.

Then plan to spend the morning exploring more of the historical, cultural, or outdoor recreational opportunities that  surround Staunton in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley.
