The Bentwood Inn is a non-smoking establishment.
Rates include a hearty breakfast, evening refreshments and any specials that might be active at the time. A three night minimum stay is required during peak seasons.
Payment Policy: VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express are accepted.
Check-in and Check-out Policy: Check in: 3:00PM Check out: 11:00AM. Children are welcome.
Deposit Policy: A 50% deposit will be charged to your credit card at the time of making the reservation. The balance will be charged 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival will be charged in full at the time of making the reservation.
Cancellation Policy: Due to our small size, we have a strict cancellation policy. Travel insurance is highly recommended. For cancellations made 31 or more days prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee. Any cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival, the charge for the entire confirmed reservation remains. Should we be able to re-book the room/s, we will refund 50% of the original reservation amount.
More than two in a room: Each additional adult in a room is $50; kids 4 to 13 are $25; 3 and under free. Please ring your Innkeeper to discuss which rooms can accommodate extra people.
Whole Inn Rentals for Weddings, Reunions or Events Cancellation Policy: Due to our small size, for whole property reservations, cancellations made 31 or more days prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded less a $50/per room/per night cancellation fee. Any cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival, the charge for the entire confirmed reservation remains. Should we be able to re-book any of the rooms, we will refund 50% of the original reservation amount.
Pets: We love pets and will strive to accommodate special requests on an individual basis.
