"Proof that Savannah's stepping up to the 21st century plate with the illusion of a Bed and Breakfast but full hotel treatment" Travel and Holiday Magazine September, 2001.

Your Visit to the Foley House includes a variety of luxurious amenities. We offer afternoon refreshments, complete with freshly baked cookies, pastries  and other savory treats.

Before you head into the Savannah evening, join us in the parlor for hors d'oeuvres and complimentary wine. A fine selection of European and American wines are also available by the bottle. When you return for the night enjoy a complimentary glass of Sherry or Port.

In the morning you awaken to the aroma of a full breakfast carefully prepared by our chef and served in either the breakfast room or one of our parlors.

Our gracious staff stands by to assist you in planning your visit. We are happy to make reservations for you at one of Savannah's many fine restaurants and are glad to recommend and give directions to our city's wonderful sites, attractions, and activities including: museum homes, art galleries, and tours of Savannah's world famous historic district.

At the rear of the Inn you will discover our two magnificent courtyards filled with greenery, flowing water, and private seating areas that invite you to enjoy a cup of tea or a glass of wine while savoring the enchanting fragrance of Savannah's azaleas and magnolias.

Walking into the Foley House is like stepping into a grand home of the Old South. To your right is the magnificent double parlor crowned with glittering chandeliers, ornately carved mantelpieces, gilt mirrors, and lush, comfortable furnishings. One of our most treasured pieces is an elegant brass lamp featured in the film Gone With the Wind.

Each of the Foley House's eighteen spacious guest rooms has been lovingly restored and individually appointed with an elegant blend of English, French and American antiques. Most rooms feature working gas fireplaces, and many include sumptuous canopy beds and oversized whirlpool baths.

Several rooms overlook Chippewa Square, which features the famous Daniel Chester French statue of Savannah's founder James Oglethorpe. It is also the site where the movie Forest Gump was filmed.
