General Information and Policies

* Check-in time: 3:00-9:00 p.m. Check-out time: 11:00 a.m.

* Smoking permitted in deck & garden areas only.

* Unfortunately we cannot accept pets at the Inn.

* Room rates are for single or double occupancy, $30.00 for each additional person. Rates are subject to change without notice and to current city occupancy tax (currently at 10%)

* A two night minimum stay applies only when a Saturday is requested. (Mon.-Fri or Sun. may be considered one-night stays.) The higher rate applies to weekends, (Fri., Sat., Sun.) and holidays.

* Full payment is due at the time reservations are made.

* We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and Discover. A personal check will be accepted to prepay your reservation and needs to be received within seven days.

* We regret that we can no longer give refunds. Full room credit will be given and rooms are to be rebooked within the next six months. When charging reservations to rebook, please call at least seven days prior to your reservation date.

* Gift certificates are available for all occasions.

* We offer Wedding Reception & Conference packages.
