Changes such as early arrival and vendor set up must be submitted for approval by Eve. This schedule with a 6:00 p.m. ending time has proven to be ample for groups of 75 and under. We recommend that if your guest list exceeds 75, or if this schedule simply does not give you sufficient time, you consider adding an hour of overtime to have your event end at 7 PM to allow more time for dancing and visiting. The latest your event can go is 8:00 PM and 2 hours of overtime will apply.
