From the moment you enter the Mill Rose Inn you’ll recognize this is a place like no other. If the gardens are luxuriant, the Inn is no less so. Valuable antiques and watercolors, opulent decor and period furnishings create an ambiance of relaxed elegance.

This unique environment is the creation of Eve and Terry Baldwin. Eve’s background in interior and floral design and wedding coordination combine with Terry’s in landscape architecture in 1980 to convert an old 1900’s cottage into the finest Bed and Breakfast Inn on the Coastside.

Half Moon Bay retains the flavor of its farming origins amid the sophistication of a blossoming resort. At the Inn ’s doorstep hiking and biking trails in redwood forests, chain of secluded beaches, unique shops wine tasting and extraordinary art galleries.

Gardens
Set in almost an acre of spectacular gardens bursting with color all year, this fragrant oasis features hundreds of perennials, annuals and more that two hundred rose bushes. A tropical flower filled gazebo shelters an intimate spa.
