In an effort to provide you with comfortable working spaces, each guest room has a desk with complimentary ADSL connection and cables available. WiFi is also available on the first floor and deck, and in some guest rooms. We have a fax machine and are willing to send and receive faxes at no charge. Phone extensions are available in the second-floor self-service room and in both living rooms for brief local calls.
We know that business travelers need a lot more flexibility when it comes to scheduling arrival and breakfast times, so we give you a discount for being flexible with us, too. You will save the most by letting us pick the room for a minimum of an 8% discount. However, if you want a specific room, we will still give you 5% off a one- or two-night stay. Regular frequency discounts automatically apply for three or more weekdays (25% off the third weeknight or 50% off the fifth). Just rest assured that we will give you the best rate available to you.
Advanced reservations and special arrangements are required if needing a late arrival time in order to avoid late-arrival fees. Guests who know they need to arrive after 9 p.m. must provide credit-card information for payment in advance to allow for express check-in so all paperwork can be processed and waiting for you. If experiencing flight or other significant delays, the guest is expected to call so appropriate arrangements can be made to avoid the late-arrival fee of $25 an hour.
Last-minute room requests will be accepted only if arriving by 9 p.m.
Our usual cancellation period is one week. However, for our business travelers we shorted the cancellation period to three days. After that, the usual cancellation policies are strictly inforced as described in our published policies.
The only times these discounts and shortened cancellation periods are not available are during holidays and special-event dates when all rooms are at maximum rate with a two-week cancellation period.
Full breakfast service is available at 8 and 9 a.m. and must be scheduled with the innkeeper so it can be served fresh and hot. Guests needing breakfast before 8 a.m. will be offered an extensive continental breakfast by prior request.
Are you a per-diem traveler? We think you deserve an upgrade!
We understand that government workers and others are traveling with a set daily budget, commonly called a per-diem. However, the per-diems are usually less than our discounted rates. If you’re willing to pay the difference between your per-diem and our business rate, we’ll provide the paperwork necessary so you get per-diem refund while processing the difference on your personal credit card. Just let us know when you make your reservation that you need such paperwork so it can be prepared in advance of arrival according to your specific needs.
