Our Restaurant
The Darby Field Inn features a full service restaurant for the dining pleasure of our guests. At Dinner, we have seatings every 15 minutes from 6 to 8 or 9 p.m., depending on the season. For days and hours of operation, please check when booking.


Appetizers
The "Inn Soup" ~ Made daily using our own house recipes. $5.25
Bourbon & Bacon Shrimp ~ Three bacon wrapped shrimp baked in a bourbon molasses sauce. $7.50
Escargot en Croute ~ Baked in a lemon, herb, and garlic butter then served in a puff pastry crust. $7.25
Stuffed Portabello Mushroom ~ Filled with an artichoke heart, sundried tomato & chicken sausage ragout. $7.00
Smoked Salmon ~ Thinly sliced smoked salmon served with a maple mustard horseradish sauce. $7.50
Duck Springroll ~ Tender duck and julliened vegetables in a crispy wrapper with a pineapple, soy, ginger sauce. $7.25
Marinated Artichoke Hearts ~ Artichoke hearts stuffed with kalamata olives, sundried tomatoes, garlic, and mozzerella. $6.50

Salads
Fresh Garden Salad ~ Tossed mixed greens with cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, shredded carrots and topped with chopped walnuts. Choice of our House Dressings - Basil Buttermilk or Onion Dill Vinaigrette. $4.00
Chef's Signature Salad ~ Mixed greens, "On the Vine" tomatoes, fresh basil and Bufala mozzarela tossed in a balsamic vinegar dressing. $7.50

Dinners
All dinners include relishes, dinner rolls, choice of potato or pilaf and fresh vegetables.
Rack of Lamb ~ Coated with dijon herbed bread crumbs, roasted, then served with a rich Burgundy sauce. $24.00
Raspberry Duckling ~ A perenial favorite here at The Darby Field Inn. French boned then roasted until crisp, and served with our famous raspberry/Chambord sauce. $22.00
Grilled New York Sirloin ~ Sirloin of beef grilled to order and served natural or with a brandy peppercorn sauce. $23.00
White Mountain Chicken ~ Boneless breast of chicken baked with an apple, cheddar cheese and bread stuffing; served with a pure maple and brandy glaze. $19.00
Chicken Marquis ~ Chicken Breast sauteed with mushrooms, tomatoes, white wine, lemon, and tamari. $18.00
Carribean Chicken & Shrimp ~ Lightly spriced strips of chicken and shrimp sauteed in a fresh sage burre blanc. $21.00
Fresh Fish of the Day ~ Such as: Scallops, Shrimp, Lobster, Salmon, Rainbow Trout, Filet of Sole, or Swordfish
Vegetarian Special
Veal Marsala ~ Tender pieces of veal sauteed with an assortment of wild mushrooms in a rich marsala sauce. $20.00
Sometimes traditional, sometimes inovative but always delicious.


Specialty After Dinner Drink
The Irish Revolution ~ A unique blend of O'Darby's Irish Cream, Irish Mist, Jameson's Irish Whiskey and ice cream. An interesting alternative to the Molotov cocktail. $7.50

All of our desserts are prepared in the Inn's kitchen.
Creme Celeste ~ An eggless sour cream custard with a hint of orange Cointreau; served with a raspberry puree. $5.50
Natural Vanilla and Flavored Ice Cream $4.00
French Apple Pie ~ Lovingly baked with fresh apples & topped with a brown sugar crumb topping. $5.50 Ala Mode. $7.00
Chocolate Pate ~ A moist flourless chocolate cake sliced and served warm with a white chocolate sauce. $5.50
