- Cancellation Policy: If reservations are cancelled: 1. more than 2 weeks in advance, your deposit will be refunded. 2. less than 2 weeks in advance, your deposit will be returned only if we are able to rent to others. There is a $25.00 cancellation fee, per room, on all refunds.
- Children: The Darby Field offers a peaceful, adult atmosphere suited to well supervised children 8 years and older.
- Minimum night stay: Minimum stay requirements apply when your stay includes a Saturday night or a holiday and during the Fall Foliage and Christmas week.
- Payment Policy: Credit Cards Accepted
- Reservation Policy: Reservations will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of an advance deposit of 50% of your room bill. Deposits must be received within 7 days in order to hold your reservation. If you arrive after the first day or leave before the last day of your reservation, your deposit for those days will be forfeit.
- Smoking Policy: Smoking is restricted to outside.
