Reservations and Deposits: Reservations must be secured with a deposit by check or credit card equal to one night's lodging (100% of stay for college events - graduation, parents' weekend, reunion, etc).

Visa, MasterCard, American Express or personal checks accepted for deposit and balance of your account.

There is a two-night minimum stay for May & October weekends as well as for special college events.

Cancellation: A full refund will be made if cancellation notice is received over 10 days before arrival date(30 days for May and October Weekends and special college events). "No-shows" will be charged for their entire stay, including packages. No refund for early departure.

Check-in/Check-out: Check in time 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.. Check out time by 11:00 a.m. If these times are not convenient, please make prior arrangements.

Room Rates: Rates include a prix fixe breakfast served between 8:30 - 9:00 am as well as afternoon refreshments.

Children & Pets: Children over 12 welcome. No pets please, boarding available nearby.

Resident Pet: We have one family pet, our Golden Retriever. Although she is never allowed in the guest and common areas, please let us know in advance if there is anything that we can do to make your stay more pleasant.

Smoking: Smoking is restricted to the outside.
