Ingredients

7 Eggs
1 Cup cottage cheese
1/2 Cup flour
1/4 Cup melted butter
8 Oz. shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 Oz. chopped green chilies
2 Oz. piementos

Directions
|
Spray one 9-inch pie pan with cooking spray.
Beat all ingredients (except piementos) and pour into the pie pan.
Place piementos on top and swirl. Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
