This executive-style meeting room comfortably seats 24 people in conference arrangement, or 35 in a theater/classroom arrangement. Providing eight foot ceilings, the 780 square foot meeting room features upholstered executive chairs, a variety of meeting table arrangements, and convenient mini-kitchen and serving area to accommodate the very best country inn service.

Also available for our guests' use is a work station with a computer with high-speed internet access, Microsoft Office, and a printer.

The Conference Room provides a high-speed wireless internet connection, multimedia LCD projector with connections to a DVD player, VCR, cable TV or your laptop.  Other equipment is available for you to make your meeting a success, such as overhead projector, whiteboard, flip charts, and speaker phone.

The Settler's Trail Conference Room offers all the amenities you'll need whether your meeting lasts an afternoon or several days. Coffee, juice and homemade bakery are included for each meeting and will be replenished throughout the day. Lunch can be furnished through the Inn from a fine local restaurant, or you might prefer lunching in one of the many excellent restaurants in the historic district. Special guest room rates are available when booking the conference room.
