Reservations are recommended and a two-night minimum is required on the weekend. Reservations are secured by all major credit cards or personal checks. All reservations must be confirmed by telephone.
A deposit of one night's rate per room is required at the time of the reservation for 1 to 2 nights. For 3 or more nights, a 50% deposit for the entire stay is required.
Guests may check-in between 3:00pm and 6:00pm. Check-out time is by 11:00am. All other times must be pre-arranged. One night's deposit is required to hold a reservation and is applied to the last day's stay. Any stay of 3 nights or more requires a 50% deposit plus applicable taxes. We have a 15 to 30 day cancellation policy depending on dates booked. Room rates are based on double occupancy. A charge of $35.00 is added for each additional person. There is a $25.00 rebooking fee.
Pet Policy: Well loved and behaved pets are welcome in the Cottage Loft only.
Smoking Policy: All rooms are non-smoking.
Cancellation Policy: Reservation cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the arrival date (30 days notice required for special packages, fall season, and Holidays) are subject to a $25.00 rebooking fee. Cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date will be charged 50% of the total reservation fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will be charged the full amount of the reservation. There are no refunds for early departure. This property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. We will not be responsible for accidents, injuries, or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.
