2 night minimun on weekends 3 night minimum on all Holidays and Special Events Premium rates are in effect.Cancellation Policy: Monday -Thursday reservations: require 7 days advance notice, Friday-Sunday reservations: require a 14 day advance notice. Special Events and Holidays require 30 day advance notice. Cancellations made after the advance notice deadlines above will incur a minimum charge of 50% of the reservation.Cancellation of weekend stays will result in a minimum charge of two nights. No Shows are charged for the full reserved stay. There is a $25.00 processing fee for all cancellations.
