The beautifully transformed antique stable features 600 square feet of well-appointed meeting space with fine crafted furnishings to complement the interior richness of this unique facility.

In the cool, crisp days of autumn or on a snowy wintry evening, a radiant fireplace adds a warm, glowing touch of casual elegance to this quiet room.

The room, ideal for board meetings, seminars or any meal function, features a flip chart and easel, a roll-down projection screen, an outlet for telephone and Powerpoint projector. Additional; audio-visual equipment is available.

The Meeting Room has modular furnishings allowing a variety of arrangements and comfortably seats 32.

Adjacent to the Meeting Room is the Gallery, a pleasant covered porch that overlooks the serene countryside. In the warm weather months, the Gallery serves as an additional meeting room or a delightful area for dining or receptions.

Enjoy a quite conversation in the beautifully landscaped Courtyard featuring a pond, stands of flowers and a variety of comfortable seating.

For those who prefer shaded areas, the Screenhouse also in the Courtyard, offers an intimate atmosphere perfect for small and intimate gatherings.

The Pergola offers the perfect backdrop for those really special occasions. (We're thinking weddings!) Otherwise, it's simply a very pleasant place to be.

For larger gatherings, we suggest a tent in the Tent Area adjacent to the Courtyard

Fine Food

Country cooking is our specialty. We offer a number of coffee breaks or lunches that will make your meeting an experience.

Creatively designed breaks can include fresh from the oven muffins, scones or sweet rolls. Warm breakfast sandwiches, quiche or savory tarts are reserved for heartier appetites. All breaks include our piping hot gourmet coffee and tea and fresh juices.

Business lunches feature our soup of the day or a freshly made salad, a delicious home-cooked entree, warm rolls and butter, and one of the Inne's famous desserts.

For special events, we have carefully selected a few caterers to work with our valued customers. Ask us for our most current list. You may contact the caterer of your choice to discuss your food requirements.

For VIP dinners, Chez Girard and Caileigh's restaurants offer elegant private dining area. A more casual event can be arranged at nearby Christian W. Klay Winery.

At Watson's Choice, customers are welcome to provide alcoholic beverages at their private functions.
