    Swedish/Relaxation: a traditional Euopean technique that relieves muscular tensions enhances circulation, using long slow strokes to calm and soothe.

    Deep Tissue: this technique uses moderate to deep pressure, which gives total relaxation to tired and sore muscles. Excellent for muscle spasms, headaches and stress.

    Reflexology: a variety of foot massage techniques including pressure point work, which stimulates & energizes the body's systems thus creating relaxation.
